The BT28 AFAR Rail Kit will mount onto Freeland and Anschutz style accessory rails to provide a low profile Picitinny rail for attaching the Atlas® Bipods or other accessories. This is a great option for shooters that have accessory rails and want to use their rail mounted Atlas® Bipod on several rifles.

The uniquely designed rectangle nuts (BT28-N) fit both Freeland and Anschutz style rails by rotating them 90°.

Machined to Picatinny rail standards from 6061-T6 aluminum with Mil-Spec Type III Class 2 finish with 4041 Alloy Steel fasteners. Includes two rectangle nuts, two (2) 10-32 x 3/8″ flat head socket cap screws and two (2) 10-32 x 1/2″ flat head socket cap screws. Available in black only.

Will mount into accessory rails and provide a low profile 1913 Picatinny rail for attaching the BT10 or BT10-LW17 Atlas Bipod or other accessories to. This is a great option for shooters that have these accessory rails and want to use their Rail Mount Atlas on several rifles.

The BT28 AFAR Kit is ready to install, the uniquely dimensioned nuts will fit into some accessory rail slots in one direction or rotated 90 degrees to another dimension (Freeland and Anschutz style rails). We suggest using some Loctite such as 243 when installing. The BT28 AFAR Kit is American made from 6061-T6 Aluminum with a Milspec Type III hard coat black with 4041 Alloy steel fasteners.
