Description

The TriggerTech Rough Diamond for Remington 700 cloned action firearms is a refined evolution of the Diamond Trigger. Designed for enhanced durability, greater compatibility, and a more accessible price point without compromising the performance you expect from TriggerTech.

What’s New?

As the Precision Rifle Series has evolved, we found that most shooters rarely use the ultra-light settings (e.g., <4-8oz) of our original Diamond Trigger. By doubling the minimum pull weight from <4oz to <8oz and expanding the upper range to 40oz, we’ve also been able to adjust the engagement geometry. The net result is improved robustness and reliability with no compromises on safety — all while making the trigger more cost-effective to produce.

Key Advantages of the Rough Diamond

Enhanced Durability & Robustness – Optimized for real world use without sacrificing precision.
Greater Compatibility – Improved fit across a wider range of action manufacturers, including those that cock on close.
More Accessible Price Point – The increased pull weight allows for a more efficient manufacturing process, improving first-pass yield and enabling us to offer the Rough Diamond at a more attractive price.
Proven Performance – The same crisp break and zero-creep feel that defines the Diamond series, now with improved performance under rough handling (e.g., in a competition environment).
Whether you're a competitor, a long-range hunter, or a precision shooter, the Rough Diamond delivers the ultimate balance of precision, confidence, and consistency — at a price that makes it even better value.
